Gravity Health and Fitness is a health and wellbeing club run by by Suzanne Meaden and John Cooper. Between us we have over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. This has helped us develop a range of skills and qualifications to ensure we are the best people to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We believe that getting and staying fit shouldn’t have to take over your life.
We have recently taken over a new base at the Tewkesbury School Sports Centre from which we run a large group exercise class timetable and have a fully equipped Gym. We offer memberships that include all of our Tewkesbury classes and use of the Gym, with all Cheltenham classes being pay as you train.
Our aim is to make our classes fun and engaging as well as being highly motivating as we believe when you’re enjoying yourself, you are much more likely to stick to a routine and achieve the results you want, ensuring your membership is great value for money.
We have a team of highly qualified and motivating instructors, who aim to make your training rewarding and fun! Whether you are a regular exerciser or an absolute beginner our fully qualified fitness team are always on hand to help you on your way and achieve your goals!
Suzanne has been teaching fitness classes and managing health clubs for the last 14 years, including 6 years spent in Barcelona, teaching and presenting workshops. Suzanne is a qualified fitness industry trainer and assessor who teaches 12 different styles of exercise classes and has a genuine passion for group exercise and helping others enjoy their workout experience.
Since completing a degree in BSc Sport and Exericse Science, John has been working in the health and wellbeing industry as a GP Exercise on Referral Specialist. John teaches Circuits, Pilates and Kettlebells.
