Welcome to The Attic. We’re so glad to have you as part of our community. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. By booking a class, course, or workshop at The Attic, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, courses, and workshops must be booked in advance via our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Class credits, passes, or memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We understand that plans can change — however, to respect our instructors and other clients, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all class cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the class credit will be forfeited.

  • For workshops, courses, or special events, please check the individual cancellation policy listed at the time of booking.

  • In the unlikely event that The Attic must cancel a class or event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your class begins.

  • For safety reasons, entry may not be permitted once the class has started.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Health & Safety

  • By attending classes at The Attic, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in exercise activities.

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries before class.

  • Participation is at your own risk — The Attic and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep personal items in the designated storage areas. The Attic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Please silence your phone and respect the calm atmosphere of the studio.

  • Be kind, considerate, and supportive of others — The Attic is a safe and inclusive space for all.
